Why did I become a therapist?

From a very young age, I have been giving advice to friends and family when they’re in need. I never considered studying it as a profession but throughout my life, waves of guidance directed my way towards therapy and I accepted it. I love seeing my clients thrive to become better versions of themselves, to have a bigger heart and be at peace with themselves when dealing with the world; especially their loved ones. I have high standards for myself and clients and will continue to better myself personally and professionally in order to support my clients to live a fulfilled and happy life, no matter where they are.

What therapy with me looks like?

I hold empathy to a great value and project it towards my client's needs and their individual differences, regardless of their gender, culture or ethnic background. When you book a session you will get through you Email a form that it need to be fill out, background check that allows me to know any psychological, social or health issues the client may have faced. This needs to be done in order to understand my clients. The sessions then are catered to each individual client or couple. It follows a systematic routine that naturally develops during each session as each client and couple have different needs. I use a blue print to help guide the client and myself to delve deeper into their issue to try and understand the change and development needed for themselves and loved ones. Blue prints are important as they keep track of your progress, so make sure you send me your email.

Therapy as I always say, is a life investment and it will change you in great ways. Therapy with me will help you to be aware individually and to think outside the box. It will help enhance your inner empathetic powers to help you understand and yourself and / or spouse and finally to understand and be compassionate towards any disturbing behaviour from your partner.

Aside from being a therapist

I am a daughter to my number one supporting parents. I am a sister to great and warm siblings. I am a wife to an amazing supportive husband. I love people and being around them which why I love to travel and explore other cultures. I also enjoy and make time for myself to connect through writing, reading, watching documentaries and practicing yoga.
